CallShield processes information needed to provide call-screening features, including phone numbers, call metadata, and account details. We use service providers for infrastructure, telephony, notifications, analytics, and AI processing.
We may collect account identifiers (such as email and user ID), phone-related data used for forwarding and screening, and interaction events required to operate the app.
We use data to deliver core functionality, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
We retain data only as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, and support. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely risk-free.
You can contact us to request account support or deletion assistance where applicable. Subscription billing is handled by Apple according to Apple's terms.
